It has often been said in Christian circles that anxiety is “temporary atheism.” But is that true?

In this episode, we take a look at what the Bible has to say about anxiety, and whether what the biblical authors are referring to when they use the word translated as “anxiety” is the same thing that we refer today when we speak about anxiety as a clinical diagnosis.

Our hope is to interpret these passage of Scripture in context, as well as in a way that does not inflict more harm on those who are already struggling with their mental health.
